How to terminate the TA early as a landlord?

Sifu... I have a question..

Here is the scenario I'm facing:
- My family decided to take back one of our rented property for own stay due to unforeseeable circumstances.
- We just got into the Tenancy Agreement ("TA") with the current tenant in November 2019.
- The TA only stated the early termination by the tenant, but there's none about early termination by landlord.
- We are kinda urgent on this matter, hence we have been talking with the current tenant since July 2020. But he seemed to keep dragging on the decision.
- We requested him to vacate early, and we will return all the security deposits and compensate 1 month rental.
- He said 1 month is too short a notice, but we feel it is fair. We even arrange the property agent to help him out to find the nearby property to rent.

My question is:
1. Can we give one-month notice to the tenant to move out the house if the TA doesn't state the clause?
2. How should we do so that we can possibly get back the house by mid-September for own stay?

Reason: Bought the wrong time. At first glance, I thought it's 9:15pm as the hall is pretty much fully booked. After I made the payment and checked the tickets, the time shows 9:15am. And I thought why not giving away for free for those who are on leave or free on the day.
