Starting a Transport Business

Hi guys, i plan to start a business in transport. I have a partner that is currently doing transport on weekends only. Most of the time her clients are foreigner from Singapore coming to JB for vacation.

So far the risk i can think of is the lack of clients. However, from what i understand from my partner is that, the client is so much that sometimes she have to drop job and refer the job someone else and just collect commission. The only reason she cannot do this transport job fulltime is because she does not have the capital nor the credit score to buy a bigger car. Heres where i come in, I am credit worthy for a huge loan. She only has normal Perodua Bezza. The big money is the 10 seater clients that go KL-Johor and she can gurantee to have a job every week. When she gets a 10 seater job, she would rent a 10 seater Starex to do the job.

1) What are the risk that i overlooked?
2) Is it worth it to create a SSM just to be a glorified Grab driver?
3) @Experienced driver, what are the best 10 seater for a transport business? Is 2nd hand Alphard low maintenance?

Thank you in advance for your advice.

How to use Malaysia Road Sign

Hypothetical question.

Lets say I am tasked to go to a place in Malaysia called Padang Temu.

Assuming i don't know where is Padang Temu(not even which state it is in), using only signboards on the road, how would i reach my destination without relying on any electronic device(Google search, GPS)?

Are there any systematical way to find my way to my destination?

Basically, before the advent of GPS, how do people find places and navigate themself to reach there?

I am asking this because if the road sign in Malaysia keep showing Ipoh and Kuala Lumpur, how would that be helpful for me to reach my destination which i do nit know?

Masters in Data Science or Masters in Database

Hi guys. I plan to work outside of Malaysia (Singapore or China). But I am afraid my skill/knowledge is not good enough for companies over there to hire me at a salary I want.

So I decided to part time study Masters by Coursework at UTeM. I am interested in Database Technology but I found out lately that UTeM is also offering a new course in Data Science(Study Big Data and it's technologies).

Database is currently within my job scope, but Data Science seems trending in today's IT world.
I am interested in both. Which one is better in terms of employability and salary?
