so i just purchase something from Japan and the item itself + shipping cost over RM700 if the parcel held by customs have to pay duties/taxes can i pay it online? i live far away from KLIA i'd rather pay it online and have the parcel deliver to my front door.

courier is EMS which will be delivered by Poslaju once it reach KL

shipping cost : DHL = 17k Yen / FedEX 14k Yen / EMS = 10k Yen

i heard that we can pay duties/taxes online if we choose DHL/FedEX?

i also heard that starting from 2023 everything under RM500 will be taxed too does that means everyone has to drive to KLIA to retrieve their parcels?

Need help regarding sell/buy house

so here's the story our dad passed away last year(dec 2019) and we have completed the process for letter of administration(he passed away without will) now we are waiting to receive the letter of administration from court/lawyer, may i know what's the process to sell a house with letter of administration? we are planning to sell the house and purchase a new one i have been told we have to transfer the name to our's before we could sell it? would appreciate any sifus/lawyers here can guide me through the process of selling and buying a house.

My family have been living in this house for at least 25 years now and we are thinking to sell it and purchase a new house,is it possible to sell a house while living in it? our plan is sell this house we are living in and purchase a new one without taking loan from bank and there is no way we can afford a new house without selling this house we are living in,the house is not in bad condition but definitely not in a condition any new buyer would move in without renovation,the house is leasehold title and house loan is paid off.
