Hi everyone,

I'm organising a new event on weekends where people can get to know more friends and socialize on weekends while having some fun time chilling with free-flow of liquors and beers including:
Hennessy, Chivas, Jack Daniels, Johnnie Walker, Carlsberg, and Chang.

I've started with this idea as I realise TWO(2) very important elements in life that a lot of us has neglected:

1. to work hard, but to PLAY EVEN HARDER, as WE ONLY LIVE ONCE
2. to INCREASE our network of FRIENDS and CHERISH the FRIENDSHIP

While I believe many of you have the same intention, goes to club on weekends, hoping to get to know some new friends, but ended up with the same own circle of friends, and you came to realize that after-all club does not get you any new friends that you can meet up for lunch perhaps.

Why not try bringing your friends along and get to know some new friends on our next event. Let's create a new community of friendly people.

Anyone can code something like this?

I'm completely new in this and I was wondering if anyone is kind enough to help me out to write the code for the layout I've shown below. It is suppose to be included in Static HTML Iframe Tab in Facebook. Can someone show me the complete code for this? I'm also not sure how to get the content of this form to automatically sent to my mailbox/FB inbox message. Please help. Much appreciated.
