CIMP/ ICPU/ SAM?

Hey guys, i'm currently 16 and currently an IGCSE student. I will be taking IGCSE on May 7th. And after that, i have to consider my further studies. I'm currently interested in Pre-u either in Taylor's or Sunway for International Canadian Pre-University (ICPU) or Canadian International Matriculation Programme (CIMP) OR South Australian Matriculation (SAM)

I've done my own enquiries on CIMP at Sunway College, The programme takes approx 1 year to finish and in the end we graduate with an OSSD (Ontario Secondary School Diploma) and i have to take 6 subjects in 2 semester, and taking 3 in one semester. In fact, i've asked about SAM in Taylors too.

In my opinion I would definitely prefer CIMP as it is 70% coursework and 30% exams while Cambridge A-Levels is 100% exam based.I rather prefer this system than a total 100% exam based because i'm also used to doing coursework and teamwork projects in my early years of studying. Next, the intakes of CIMP in Sunway is in July and i get to finish by next June. Furthermore it only takes one year like foundation and SAM.

My worry is, will universities discriminate me just because I have an OSSD instead of an A-Level qualifications? That is what I am most worried of currently. My aim is to study Dentistry in IMU (well, i hope i succeed) or Pediatrist I'm planning to study overseas if my path to Dentistry is still there in future.

[B]So, here is the question: CIMP/ICPU OR SAM? or other courses? [

Please do advice me as soon as possible and thank you for your time!
