Good places to buy bitcoins?

Im kind of interested in bitcoins but i cant seem to find a satisfactory place to buy them.

I intend to use them to buy stuff, not for profits.

Some criteria:

Can buy them instantly
Decent privacy and anonymity
Reasonable costs for buying rm10-rm100 worth of bitcoins

How was the 2011 meter tempering issue resolved?

I was researching on the GTX950 and decided to take a look at amazon for fun, saw this:

$160+ Ship to malaysia $20 = $180 = RM770

and this is also when our exchange rate is at its worst.

Lelong.com minimum RM800++ + shipping

And EVGA is a pretty good brand.
As far as I know, importing GPU is 0% import tax and no GST if you're buying for your own use.

Illegal to demand school fees during internship?

So UTAR requires us to go for internship and from a Facebook post, I found out that I could be expected to pay RM1800 for that trimester. I understand that there's still a internship facilitator at work but when you think about it, for other subjects that require lecturers, tutors and exams, we're being charged more or less that amount. If I owned a restaurant and charged RM4 each for a plate of rice and a glass of water I would be put in jail.

If I were to make a police report, what would be the appropriate term to tell the police officer?

It isn't ready for shipment if it is being packed and if it is ready for shipment it would have already been packed.

So I'm looking to buy a modem-router for a household of 6, daily usage include online gaming and heavy downloading through torrents and direct downloads. I hope to buy a router that can handle both tasks simultaneously and can operate for long periods of time without shutting down. I'd say my budget would be around RM700 max.

Currently I'm using the one given by tm which has become quite unreliable. We're subscribed to tm streamyx 8mbps.

You know, like 11street, Lazada and Rakuten. I just want to know if buying online is more expensive than going to a brick and mortar store.

How much do they actually charge in trasaction fee?
If I use a coupon, say RM10 off on a RM50 item, will the seller receive RM50 or RM40?
Will the seller know if I used a coupon?
Can the same card be used on multiple accounts? (I let my friend use my card on lazada once and I was hoping to buy stuff there)

Is there a place that lists down the coupons offered by these online stores? For example, I was trying to find out what I'll get as a welcome bonus if I sign up for rakuten and I can't find it anyway and then there's 11street where you'll have to go treasure hunting all around their site downloading coupons, in fact, I missed out on a free delivery coupon that I could've used on my last order. The problem with the ones I've found on google is that obsolete information is not pruned and left lying around.

And why do sellers call fake products OEM or OEM copy? I mean, OEM means when a product is used as part of another company's product.

Schorlarship for UTAR undergraduate course?

So I just completed foundation, and now waiting for the results.

I tried searching for scholarships and was frustrated that all of them so far seems to offer worse value than PTPTN.
That and the fact that they all seem to think they are some sort of great beacon of hope for humanity
I know PTPTN is a loan but think about it:

You need good results, say CGPA 3.5 to continue to qualify for your scholarship funding, similarly if you got good results, your PTPTN loan becomes a scholarship. But PTPTN is better in that you can get maybe 3.3, and could still redeem yourself next semester by getting maybe a 3.8 to balance things out. Moreover, unless you're rich or in some sort of blacklist, you are almost guaranteed to be approved. No interviews, no fancy essays, no bullshit.

So if anyone has some recommendations on good scholarships, do share it here.

Why can't we use the gate linking KTAR and UTAR?

So there's a small gate that allows us to go from UTAR to KTAR.

Problem is they only let you walk through it, now they don't even allow you to push your bike through the gate.

Honestly, I don't see any reason why they're doing this, I mean it's such a huge road that could easily fit a car but they only allow pedestrians through but not bicycles?

Personally, the time I'll just cycle through regardless the guard stops me or not but I'll still ask here in case anyone knows why.

How UTAR handle lazy assignment group member?

Okay, so I'm in foundation and there's one assignment group member who doesn't do anything.
Today is holiday so I can't ask teacher but I'll consult him tomorrow.

In the meantime, I would like to ask is it as simple as telling the teacher and he kick that member from the group?

Because I heard that it's not as simple and you need to fill out form blah blah
