Hi Sifu,

I planned to buy house in USJ 6/6 near usj taipan. Just wonder what you guys think. So far what is the crime rate in that area. What is the ROI if i go for investment.

Further, i think it is good area to invest since there are some demand for house. But i'm not really sure. I need you guys to comments so then it help me to make decision.

I would like to start my investment in Property. But kinda confuse where should i find high demand/best property to start off. Should i go for landed or condo.

I personally planned to buy 1 unit in Bandar Sunway PJS 9. But havent hit it out. Looking for a best place so then i wont stuck in.

Just wanna hear some precious opinion and comments for you guys. I planned to buy a house at USJ 6 subang jaya. Double story house 20x60. Freehold at RM550k.

Do you guys think is worth buying? If i said is investment purpose, would you guys recommend to get that unit?

Dear sifu,

I'm planning to change my tyre very soon. So just curious which tyre as best suit to my car. Currently i'm driving honda civic 2.0 2011 model. Using standard rim 17'inch. 215/45 tyre size. currently using michelin pilot precede.

Any suggestion whether using pilot 3 or primarcy 3 st. I need tyre which more fuel efficiency, good grips and reduce tyre noise.

Hi all,

I saw 1 property ad selling a double story house terrace house at PJS 10-bandar sunway. Size of the house is 16x65. Got 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms.

The price of the house is RM450k. But still can nego i guess.

Just wanna check opinion from the expert out there. Is the house really worth for that price?

Please personal view about the house.

I would like to part in the stock market. But, to be honest i don't have any single knowledge about the share market. I plan to learn on myself. I have read all the posted comments in the stock thread. Quite interesting.

Currently i have invested in gold. Wonder, how to make money little more.

If you could help me in this topic, very much appreciated. I really want to how to make money from buying till selling the shares. What should i bare in mind when buying the stock. How to trade online and so on. As i know, i need CDS account but do i need remisier to open up account. Can i do it online (buying and selling)?

How to buy and sell within T+3 days. Is it really make profit?

Advise: Buying Semi-D House in Ipoh

Dear Sifu & Otai ,

Me and my fiancee planning to buy semi-d house in ipoh(meru). The house price is RM753k. Both of us are midst of 20. We have saving(just nice for downpayment). Our but both salary is nearly touch 5.5k.

Basically this is much like our dream house, because its meet all our requirement. The size of the house is 40x100 and the built in 34x64.

Many of our fren didn't recommend us to buy the house because its very expensive but still we want go for it. Better to buy good one as early as much rather than shifting to new after 10 or 20 year.

We are curious on how the bank loan, whether can we get loan or not. If we want to buy this house, what are the minimun salary that we should touch.

By the way, i have car loan that i pay a bit much (RM1280) for the next 7 years left. But my fiancee doesn't have any commitment right now. So i plan to own this house on her name. Maybe i would be the 2nd name.

I'm looking advise from otai-otai and sifu-sifu the floor . We are really wish to buy this house.
