Digi charges me RM500.50 for 2 Missed Calls

Here is the story: I was outstation in the US for a few weeks and I had been very careful not to use any data and make/ receive any calls to limit my phone bill. Upon returning to Malaysia, I was surprised and immediately found that I couldn't make any call out. I called the helpdesk and they told me that I my phone bill has already exceeded the credit limit.

I waited until I got the monthly bill since the helpdesk couldn't do anything until the bill is issued. Eventually I got the bill. In the bill there were 2 incoming calls dated 22 and 23 May with charges of RM5.50 and 495.00 respectively. The RM495 one lasted for 1hr 30mins. I called them again and filed a dispute citing that I never answer those calls. 2 days later, they got back to me that the calls were genuine and refuse to waive those charges.

I am now appealing again through the local main center by showing them the phone record which shows the 2 missed calls. I have the feeling that they will come to the same conclusion and asking me to pay for it.

My question is that, what can I do in this case to have those charges lifted? I swear I never answer those calls and will refuse to pay for it. If they don't waive those charges, I am weighing on the option of whether to switch to other telco and abandoning Digi totally. But I am not sure of what the consequences are if doing so.

Anyone has any good advice in handling this? This is really ridiculous for charging the customer on calls that they never answer. Really need some help here.

What do you think of .pro domain

Anyone registered and using a .pro domain now? How does it rank in Google? It sounds like PRO but at the same time it is not very well established. I still think .com is the best. What do you think?
