Considering Termite System for your Property

Hi,

Im currently doing a survey for our own interests. Your feedback is much appreciated.

I would love to know from fellow forumers the extend you would go and protect your property against termite attack.

If you are constructing property or renovating major on ground level, and come across Reticulation System that runs underground pipes to reticulate termite chemical periodically at your own comfort. The system is build on ground since Termites attack from beneath, hence it serves the purpose to protect and create a chemical net that protect the building from Termite Attack.

Each house proceeded with injection points that allows the contractors in future to inject/flush. Injection points are located by the sides, and back of the home and system is circulated more towards staircase and wet area.

Advantage:
Workers don't need to enter the home during the chemical re-charge period.
It's Safe that chemicals are not airborne, no smell lingering around.
Long term Maintenance

Also Do take note:
Price is about 40% than conventional method but cheaper than building a built in cabinet.
This system only can be installed for new properties or during major renovation such as re-fitting new tiles on Ground Floor, extension and so forth.
Or simply put, tearing down old building and rebuilding again from scratch.

Hi my name is Kanishen and this is my story. Like all good stories, this story starts with a beautiful lady.

Beauty is an overpriced commodity, used as a common currency in the game of love. What matters most to me is great personality, commonality and compatibility. Those, I realize, are the very basic needs to me as I’ve gone through the rough woods of relationship. For a long period of time, I thought the very nature of a beautiful thing called love was long dead and I was living in a solipsistic shell till my eyes & heart was hooked and captivated with this little lady whom I call smarty pants.

For approximately 8 months, we dated. We shared a lot of commonalities such as country music, dancing, movies, the Friends series and the list goes on. No one I’ve ever come across in Malaysia has heard the song from Jake Owen and there she was standing there singing to that tune. She loves music, dances salsa, movie watching, travelling, and so much that a man could ask for. She possesses all the qualities of a woman with class, style, integrity, honesty with herself. I knew deep down she’s the one I could really be truly committed to, and make her happy. In those months, I, as a total stranger, accepted her perfect weirdness, flaws and made it part of me. But did I convey and connect my feelings towards her? You will find out shortly…

Who is she? She's the perfect Anita the Hun who makes me remove my business armor and be a Jerry around her. She carves a perfect smile, enticing smell like a jungle gardenia, takes her time and dresses up pretty, wears elevator shoes and honestly, I thought Revlon Marketing has messed my mind up from young thinking most women look like a butterfly with that mask on and like a dragonfly the moment they remove them, but boy was I wrong. She looks alluring, elegant, foxy, radiant, stunning, and put all those pretty words in the world together. She hails from a background that would require me to change my identity from birth if I were to proceed to the altar. I would most definitely see a future with her - slowly but surely. I kept my options to cherry pick away. I was getting ready to take this baby steps deep down inside me although at times I drift away selfishly without realizing.

Who am I then? I’m a farmboy living in the city with huge dreams to achieve and share my achievements to that person who’s in my hand and my family. My Dreams are to grow myself regionally and my time is taken up by corporate, business, social, and many other aspects of self-growth before even meeting her. Do I have a choice – Yes I do. I work around it. There’s always a way. Put all on an Energy & Focus chart: The Readings are scrambled everywhere!
In my understanding, relationships are more than just dates, holding hands and kissing. It’s about accepting each other’s weirdness, and flaws. It’s about being yourself and finding common happiness together. It’s about seeing an imperfect person perfectly. I didn’t come in a perfect package and both of us met at a crossroad where I was definitely holding baggages. First Bag contains a saxophone that is stuck and not serviced long enough to play/convey my feelings & desire. 2nd Bag consists of me and myself working on to be a better-man, better friend, a better – balanced lifestyle and this will take time.

I do not intend to go or rant about my dating life but I will hit the turning point. Right about the month of July/August when things were still going perfectly well, I started this project of something that I never thought about before. I asked myself: While she’s waiting for me to change my little habits and lifestyle – What can I do to be more expressive and to tell her she’s the one without me just being physically there like any other average Joe. I like being above average at all times (chuckles). So in that very month I started writing down, recalling from my memory banks the little things that she does, wears, action, listens, that made my heart be shot by the love gun. Most nights before sleeping I’ll be staring at the picture of Marilyn Monroe & The picture of Al-Pacino from The Godfather 3 on the wall and ponder, why and what made me fall for this woman. And I started writing. It was supposed to be folded into an origami which I didn’t think about the shape at that time. It was supposed to be given one a day. As weeks passed by, I started writing, collecting, indulging myself more into this little creation as I’ve never done anything like this to any woman in my life before. It was time to think of how to give it to her.

I started to fold into many weird and failed shapes and with the help of my Korean Housemates, I started to like the idea of folding the messages into a paper rose. I loved it and I was determined to do and my plan changed from giving once a day to passing it to her on her birthday. Each rose takes a little over 10 minutes to fold. I had a perfect picture in my head to unfold each paper-rose and gaze into her eyes and perform all this little gestures of hers, little reasons to why I started liking her. I had already started to draft out a plan to where I see myself in the future together and what are the changes I’m making to my hectic, busy schedule. It takes time for anyone I believe to be able to secure cause once said, there’s no turning back. Three months down the road – I shall unravel everything about my lil Plan K (I called it) to this beautiful not so stranger to me anymore girl. She made me feel alive to the very core. It’s a beautiful feeling that I’ve not felt for a long time but I did not play that saxaphone to her. It was a mere musical love notes on a piece of paper….. That I didn’t realize.
Just a month back – from the given date of delivery and unfolding, my romantic pillar came crashing down as we spoke over the phone and these were the heart wrenching words I heard. “This is not what I’m looking for anymore.”

I knew exactly what she meant and where I lacked to give her but she didn’t know about my plans nor want to hear me out face to face and to tell her where I’m coming from and to where I was working changes to myself to perfect this foundation. I crashed as well. I appreciated her but I did not say it. I could not even scream to tell that even the very person who brought me into this world acknowledged her presence because they saw a difference in me. I just couldn’t move at all. Was I that selfish about my feelings…? Was I that selfish about my acts?? How’s that I didn’t get any communication prior to the phone call from the other side…? Hints doesn’t count. Guys don’t process hints. I wanna sing, I wanna shout, I wanna scream till my words dry out so I’ve put it in all of the papers, I'm not afraid, she can read all about it

I’m a fighter and I had to complete these feat and I can’t give up. Every message that I wrote, read it again and folded into this little origami actually carved a smile and I was so happy to know that I feel so alive and it was the most beautiful feeling I ever had. What made me to do this I question…?? Love, Infatuation, of course. It took me 3 and a half months of little by little effort, piece by piece to listen to my heart and write the reasons why I dived in deep towards these beautiful stranger. Yes I admit I did not say it out loud while I was with her – it might even appear as an insecure move that these tie with me might lead no-where but little she know I was preparing myself within to be – ready and to to be a betterman. 1 week before her birthday, I knew this roses and presents would be out of my hand and it was a real heart wrenching – mind draining moment. I felt my heart was just like a piece of paper that could be crushed easily. Sliding all the ego aside – I had a strong feeling towards another beautiful stranger and it just grew deeper. A few days before her birthday – I made an appointment to meet her to pass this feelings wrapped in a box. My heart was beating so fast, but I had to do it.

Why am I writing these.??

It’s not to boast about the 100 handmade roses. It means nothing. This is what exactly I realized.
a) We should be a fighter for the person we desire. Don’t ***** out!!!
b) Try your best to convey the message of desire and own your words even if you’re working towards a lifestyle change. It takes time and tell her that it will take time.
c) Tell her on an early stage that you’re being a better man for this relationship and she’s part of your process as a man, as a lover, as a friend, & as a provider.
d) Tell her where you see the both of you standing in the future.
e) Tell her verbally all the little things that made you fall for her. Don’t write hand-made roses & wait till some big day to unfold it cause that some big special day will never come!! The Moment is NOW… or you will lose it.!!!
f) Tell her you’re working on being a much more secure person so you could secure every single moment physically & emotionally.
g) Make love to her soul, emotions, attitude and if she matters, make love to the changes cause it’s worth it.
h) Would I do it again??? I'll write a Rose daily and place it on her dressing table daily... That's for sure!!

We have a limited time in this world, I might have another 40 Deepavalis, 35 New Years, Couple more years of friends weddings, throw in another 50 birthday functions to celebrate. It’s a fact, we don’t have much time to be honest with that very person sitting, talking, loving, listening, laughing right in front of us. Live the moments with the right one, make it right, communicate what the heart says even if it's passing handmade roses when it’s already late. Attraction comes overnight but It takes time to develop love, acceptance, friendship, and even developing yourself. Nothing unfolds overnight. It’s worth it because everyone walks with a counter on the head.
So what's the cost of this gift???
It's only couple of 100 papers, 1 big box and a couple of colored pens: You do the math. Three months of pouring emotions almost every night to why I fell for her. That my friend is priceless – It is out of this world.
