Hi ALL Sifu,
i bought a car number plate from outsider, made full payment and got the receipt.
But my new car haven't arrive.

outsider ask me go jpj settle car plate number registration.
But honda said no need since the car plate already under my name, just wait for car arrival and register with vehicle together.

what i need to do next??

Car Loan Agreement

Hi guys,
wanna to ask about car loan agreement.

I booked a car and my loan application is approved.
banker called to me sign loan agreement but somehow SA can't confirmed when have car for me.

SA gave me reasonable discount and this discount only valid before end of this year, he claimed if i collect my car next year, then the discount is different. (can't confirm how much different since it's manufacturing year 2019).

question:
1. Should I sign loan agreement first? or wait until SA have car for me only sign loan agreement?
2. If i sign loan agreement now, can I cancel the loan if next year discount is very very low and doesn't worth to take it?

which should i go for my future?

There are 2 companies offer me.

(company A)
-software house , normally develop java program and mobile apps (IOS & Android), they will put me in java development team. But then, they "might" give me a chance to learn for IOS & Android development in the future.

(company B)
-a company that develop banking system using COBOL language. 6 months in-house training provided to learn COBOL language. But then, They "might" gv me chance to learn about support and implementation in next 2 years.

Im troubling and harder to make a decision which should I go? Java, IOS, android language is the famous programming language. Yet COBOL is out-dated language.

can someone gv me some suggestion and advise? If im going for Company B. After i didnt work for company B. are there still a lot of company still using COBOL language?

ps: im fresh graduate, i dun mind about salary so far, since i just want to learn and get experience
