Water filter issue

Hi guys, wanna ask that why there is still dirt come out from the pipe even outdoor filtration has been installed? (has backflush the filter multiple time, but the water filter has been installed many years ago). Is there any solution for this issue?

Since that forex is illegal in Malaysia, so its mean trading using overseas bank account is legal?
Besides that, anyone have try to open bank account in overseas and using it for forex trading and then pay the country income tax?

confuse of changing course

i am an TARUC diploma year 1 architecture student and i feel like to change my course.
i wanna go to UTAR and study for courses like biotech, chemical engineering , petrochemical engineering and etc. (not include e&e)

i feel that i lack of the creativity in design, coursework of architecture is very rush and it spend quite amount of money.

now these are my problem.
1) i afraid that i will regret if i change to other courses
2) i don't know that the courses i choose is it promising in future
3) i also afraid that when year 2 i just decided to change (it spends a lot of money and time)
4) i heard that UTAR is difficult in study. i wonder can i handle it or not.

give me some opinion, i will be very grateful.
