planning to use seasonic s12 620watt or i should use corsair gs700 watt plus 80@silverstone strider 700watt plus 80..

went to a seller at jb...got great deals for my rigs but somehow this shop only provide this psu..google about this psu..there were some reviews said that cooler master had upgraded their psu from before which is normal version compare to this bronze version..and now this psu can perform quiet well...need advise from sifus should i use this psu instead of sensonic s12 620watt or silverstone strider gold version 600watt(same price with sensonic but from jayacom jb which is different shop..)..

Im curios about this proc since many of review said that this proc may not able support futures games since it only dual core proc n many games nowdays started using quad core optimum needs..need opinions since im gonna buy this proc soon..thanx ( sorry broken english )
