FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ) TRANSITIONAL 6% - 0%

STATUS OF GST

Q1: What does the MOF statement mean / What happens to GST?
A1: All supplies of goods and services which are now subject to GST at standard-rated (6%) becomes zero-rated (0%) effective on 01 June 2018. Importation of goods is also subject to GST at zero-rated.

Q2: Is the MOF's statement applicable to an exempt supply?
A2: An exempt supply goods or services is remain exempt. It does not change to zero-rated.

Q3: Do I need to wait for a letter issued by JKDM to change the rate to zero rated?
A3: No, please impose GST at zero-rated (0%).

REGISTRATION

Q4: Do I need to apply to cancel my registration?
A4: No, cancellation is not required and you remain registered until further notice.

Q5: I have applied to register for GST but have yet to receive any approval, what should I do?
A5: JKDM will continue to process the application.

Q6: I registered late and have been penalised with late registration penalties. Can the penalty be remitted?
A6: Remission of penalties is under the discretionary power of the Director General. You are required to apply for the remission.

A9: Tax invoices is not required to be issued if the supply is zero-rated and a commercial invoices may be issued. Invoices can be amended from 6% to 0%.

Q10: I have mistakenly charged and collected GST at 6% after 01 June 2018. This means I have mistakenly charged GST. Do I have to account for tax collected at the rate of 6%?
A10: Yes, GST at 6% should be accounted for if the amount of 6%GST is received and the credit note cannot been issued.

Q14: Do I need to submit GST-03 return?
A14: Yes. Registered person are still required to submit GST-03 until further notice. Sales of goods / services at 0% from 01 June 2018 is to be declared in column 10.

Q15: I was charged a penalty for late submission of return under Section 41 (6) of the GSTA 2014. Can the penalty be remitted?
A15: The power to impose compound is at the discretion of Public Prosecutor.

The suspect in custody has been identified as 17-year-old Dimitrios Pagourtzis, according to CBS News.

I've been into many different type of women and different type of relationship in this past 17 years since I'm dated.
So many things changes and right now I'm in the middle of divorce with my wife due to some reason and leaving my 1.5 years old daugther with her.

I'm not saying that my experience or advise will be a good example for guys out there but trust me, I would say that I understand and able to read what kind of person a women / girl by the way she talk, respond, etc.

The last one (ex wife) Is the only person who opened up my eyes that no matter what you might not see it coming. Which I though the is the most understanding, she is the one, etc. But after few months analyzing it and discuss it with my sister and I would say she is showing that symptoms and I did not see it coming, and my sis saw it but did not alert me.

Dear Sifu.

I setup my sisters hse network connection with following system:
Internet: TM Unifi
- Unifi Modem
- Main Router: Asus AC68u
- 8 port Gigabit Network Switch
- Ubiquiti Unifi AP AC LR Access Point x 2 unit

My question:
Every few days the ubiquiti will disconnected by itself and sometimes it still connected but showing as no internet connectivity. I have set the Access point with reserved ip address in the main router.

During first configuration i install and set every AP using my laptop with the unifi controller software. once completed it will run as normal, and only after few days it will require AP reboot due to problem mentioned above. Either disconnected or no internet.

Maximize Wireless AC & Gigabit Connectivity

I'm living in a double story house using fiber connection from TIME
all network centralize in a small store room / db box room in Ground Floor.
Fiber cable and modem, phone and all network cable also centralize inside the small room.

Main activity & Heavy internet user all in 1st Floor

Other device located upstairs (connected to TPlink 8port gb switch):
1 Gaming PC, 1 Apple TV, 1 NAS Storage, 1 Printer

Previous Setup:
Main modem to Asus RTN 15 Router Connected through cat5e cable to the Access Point in 1st Floor (also Asus)

Current:
Now i upgrade my router to Asus AC RT68u however because of the wall and blocking it seems like RT68u is not enough, so i place the RTN 15 as an access point in 1st floor. but no 5G coverage in 1st floor !

Questions:
- Should i upgrade the RTN 15 to other Wireless AC access point?
- Should i move the AC68u and put it in 1st floor as access point and put RTN15 in Ground floor as router?
- Would it be matter for coverage quality if i use two different brand of router and access point? e.g: pairing Asus with TP Link / Dlink (i love asus admin panel and the features)

Any other tips to improve my home network setup?

Modding acrylic side panel

I would like to modify my Corsair Carbide Air 240 Side panel to support my current graphic card width.

At the moment im using MSI GTX970 and the width of the card is wider than the carbide air 240.
as result heat pipes touching the inside window of the case.

Temporary solution: i remove the acrylic from the side panel metal frame, however i still want to close the system.
Anyone able to provide / recommend where i can modify the side panel and extend the acrylic panel slightly wider?
