Apply for house loan with foreign income

I’ve been working overseas for a decade or so and am looking to buy a residence in Malaysia.

Can anyone enlighten me with the process of doing this with a foreign income?

* still have Malaysian citizenship.
* source of income is overseas. Can provide tax returns, statements etc.
* looking to buy ~RM1M++

funny, my Utorrent doesn't seem to work anymore, especially during the day. this is a really noob question, but is it me or am i being throttled already? will calling up their customer service help?

What video file cn b played by Realplayer on E680i

hihi. just got a 2nd hand E680i as a 2nd phone. Having abit of a problem with the Realplayer on the phone tho. I cant play normal video files such as .mpeg or .avi files. Is it something to do with the player or is the phone version of Realplayer not able to play vids? or do i have to convert them to .3gp or something else?
