Might consider a landed house in /near gelang patah area.. Prefer with swimming pool, GnG .
- as close as possible to pelabuhan tanjung pelepas
- easy accessibility to private/international schools

how do one proceed when the property is having some complicated situation such as below....

Joint name A and B
B passed away. B's portion transfered to C&D (B parents). A refused to buy over C& D share.... 10 years have passed. C & D also deceased- no claims we made by C&D beneficiary as they are not interested.

Now A also cannot sell the property.

Property is now under A and C&D( deceased)

In this situation, what will happen to the property?

my friend is leaving os soon and has a good condition saga sv. 2014 model. asking price rm14k. i was thinking..... of getting it. as a spare car probably using nearby only (less than 5k km yearly only) ... mileage also low... 40k ++ only... or better consider myvi?

I noticed some of my wooden cabinets got this kind of whitish spots. Just use for some storage. Those 4 door cabinet bought from giant/tesco.

Moving fridge

Plan to move my current fridge to my new hse. Do I need to switch it off earlier or can be done just before moving?

I will remove internal removable compartments before moving. Mine is glass door so maybe I will shrink wrap the door.

2. I painted my entrance corridor with some old leftover nippon weatherbond. However it stinks 😷. Probably paint expired? How to get rid of the smell? Can repainting solve it?

How to avoid roller marks on ceiling? It looks perfect but while looking from inside facing balcony (daylight), can see roller marks on the ceiling. Other direction of viewing is flawless.

current car loan is a variable rate loan based on BLR -1.7% . Currently loan interest is at 4.97%. If comparing to the fixed rate loan most banks are offering, which is better?

Advantages of this loan is able to dump in money/make extra payments every month and interest drops for the remaining sum balance which is same as a housing loan. And no penalty of settlement after a year. Reason opted for this type of loan is able to pay extra and settle loan fast.

Really frustrated with facilities at KLIA2

I DREAD flying through KLIA2 when I have to travel.

Flying back from Guangzhou recently, I dreaded arriving at the airport where I would have to walk at least one-and-a-half kilometres to pick up my luggage. After getting my luggage, I would need to walk another half-a-kilometre to get to the taxi stand which is located at another level of the airport!

As it turned out, it took me 40 minutes from the time I disembarked from the plane to when I finally got into the taxi.

I have seen the old, the very young, the infirm and middle-aged people having to go through all this with frustration etched on their faces.

We do not have to endure this frustration when we land in the airport of other countries!

I have landed in Hong Kong, Adelaide, London, Macau, and many other airports, and here are the differences.

1. Once you alight from the plane, you don’t need to have a long walk to claim your luggage and to get take a taxi.

Whoever designed KLIA2 obviously was not thinking about the people.

We are now suffering and there is no use complaining, I am told. “Don’t waste your time!” the taxi driver told me when I said I was going to write about this.

2. The way we have to get a taxi at KLIA2 is ridiculous.

Why do we need to get a coupon? As we all know, and this complaint has been made by others, it is the system.

Why do we need such a system? For example, in Macau and Hong Kong, once you get out of the airport, there are taxis waiting.

In Hong Kong, workers at the airport will just write the taxi number to pass to the passenger, and if there is any problem, there is a number to call. It’s that simple. And the taxi driver gets what he deserves for his services.

Why do we have such an inefficient system at KLIA2? Who suffers? Us, and the taxi drivers too. And there are signs warning travellers against touts!

3. Why must we go to a different level to take a taxi? We have to push our heavy luggage and lug them around to the next level to take a bus or a taxi.

Again, I have never experienced this in other airports. Maybe someone can enlighten me to one that does.

This again is unpleasant to me as a traveller, especially after a long flight.

Whatever the reason may be, this definitely makes me upset, and it is not helping to make me feel that this is benefiting me.

Will things change? Quite unlikely. I really do not know who is managing KLIA2.

I hope someone can act on this and bring some changes.

From the passengers to the taxi drivers, I would say, everyone has a valid grouse.

Things have been that way even at LCCT.

So will someone care enough to make things a little easier for all of us who use KLIA2?
