WTA : Unifi IPTV using HomePlug WL556E

Hi Bros,
i need help, the unifi installer installed my fiber modem at first floor and im having trouble connecting to my LCD at living hall.

i when to a computer shop at my area asked about the solution and he ask me to buy this WL556E homeplug that can receive wifi and then output at RJ45 that can use by the IPTV.

After buying and testing to setup, it took me 3 hours to get it working on my notebook so i test the connection and it didnt work only then i notice the red port from DIR 615 and red at IPTV. The red port are autoconfigured ports to 169.254.x.x where as homeplug HL556E has a ip on it self which is 10.0.10.254.

bros out there, could anyone help me confirm that it can or cannot work ?
im really out of idea..
