Recommendation: VPN Router + Dual router setup

Would appreciate any recommendations for the following setup.

I currently have a Time Broadband 100Mbps connection connected to a TP-Link Archer C1200. It has a Wifi connection named "Wifi A"

I want to connect a VPN-enabled router to my existing router. I read it's possible just by connecting an ethernet cable and setting it on different subnet. It would have a Wifi connection named "Wifi B". It would be used solely for my SmartTV to access Netflix in other countries. All other devices would connect to "Wifi A"

What is a good / moderately priced VPN router that can accomplish this task?
