Dear Everyone,

I would like to complain about a LYN.net forumer known as WMA. This guy joined my Bulk Order for an EVGA 8800GTX KO ACS3 back in October 2007. Unfortunately up until today this person tends not to complete the payment after more than 5 months passed.

Buyer did made the deposit of RM 350 after negotiate with me and successfully convinced me that he will make the full payment as the good arrive.

The price for the goods is RM 2350. Remaining amount involve is RM 2000

Opinion needed on unsettle order

Hello all. I am here to request opinion and help from moderator regarding the unsettle payment from my customer.

Actually the buyer already PAID deposit of RM 250 for motherboard and another RM 250 for 8800GTX which retail at RM2300.

The item already arrive here about 2-3 weeks ago and he was asking me to wait for two weeks to settle his remaining RM 2800 + Shipping + RM 4(custom clearance fee).

But up until this moment, he still unable to settle the payment for his personal reason. I do understand his situation but im unable to help because i have to get the amount so that i could measure my business balance sheet.

I do hope moderator and others could give me advise on this matter. The details of items is stated in the following link

How does this Bulk Proceed

Minimum Order Quantities (M.O.Q)
Start from Batch 3, The bulk will requires at least 5 units of order to proceed. This is to ensure that there is a little time to manage the bulk efficiently. .
Is it still possible to join the bulk once the M.O.Q reached?
It is still possible to make order even if the M.O.Q reach. It is applicable only before the deposit payment session has not yet done and only for models which already in the order list. This is to make sure the particular order can be proceed smoothly without delay. If the bulk order already in 'Invoice Requested' status, buyer will only able to join next batch if it is open.
How do Karom Enterprise proceed order?
Normally, we will request official proforma invoice after deposit payment was completed. Since this deal is officially legal and we have licensed to do this business, all the process will go through sequentially. Upon receive invoice, Karom Enterprise will proceed with Foreign Telegraphic Transfer. This process will take at least one day for the transaction to be verified.
Shipping and ETA?
Unlike other, Karom Enterprise Estimation Time Arrival is very reliable at the moment. We have good records of delivering products to end user Within 14 days and the deal we handle since running under this Business Name already exceeds over RM 300,000. As we are dealing with multinational distribution corporation. Thus, They will arrange the Shipping directly from their Warehouse(Mostly from USA). Shipping will arrive in Malaysia within 3-5 business days.
Customs issue? Is there any tax?
For most of PC components, there will be no Import Tax. But there is possibility that Customs will hold the package and Karom Enterprise must self collect and pay clearance fee. In this case, clearance fee for one package disregard numbers of units it has is RM 49.50. If this occur, Karom Enterprise will responsible for 50% of this cost and the other 50% will be borne to buyers. For e.g, the package contain 6 units. 50% charges will be RM RM 24.75/6 = RM 4.125 ~ RM 4.15 per slot. Most of the time, this will not happen anymore in the future because we already able to manage new method of shipping that can save on this.
