Can't enter to modem

Why i cant enter to my modem even i key in 192.168.1.1 into the browser?
I juz wanna turn off the firewall in my modem,but i've never been successful to enter my modem...
I've checked all my cables,but all are well connected...I'm using manual connection...

Anyone knows how to solve this problem?

How to culculate gpu memory bus?

Some one knonw how to culculate the gpu mem bus?

eg:
(HD3870x2) x1 = 512bit
(HD3870) x2 = ?

Will it double the memory bus for (HD3870) x2 and become 512bit as well? Or just double the ram become 1gb and nothing happen to the memory bus?

Why my computer will automaticly reboot everytime i login to MSN messenger?
Is it software crash problem? Any idea with this problem?

Graphic card driver problem!

I think my graphic card's driver has crashed with some program that i installed..It's because i cann't install the program named 'Alcohol 120%' and 'NFS Most Wanted' on my computer and the problem happen is called 'Kernel Debugger' and my Windows is enforced to shut down (A blue screen with white color words is appear and said that 'Windows is enforced to shut down to prevent any damage to my computer)...I think it's some problem related to graphic card's driver and i am using Sapphire ATI X1650 Pro 256mb ddr3 (But i think they are 2 types of this graphic card; old and new version,because both of the interface are different)..I am using old type of version..I've formated my computer few times and reinstall all the drivers and programs, but the same problem happen again ...It said they are some files missing or damaged in the system everytime i insert my XP cd to boot it when i wanted to format my hdd.. Can someone tell me is that really my graphic card's driver crashing with some programs i mention above?? How to solve this problem?? What is 'Kernel Debugger' ??
