Bank Value is less than the Market Value and some of them is out of track crazily.<br />Recently I checked a few house, kawtim with owner and kawtim with bank/valuer. Market price is still within 10-30% more than the bank value.<br /><br />Then the agent said this is normal, 20% difference is normal. I wanna buy for family staying but having cashflow like 150k is crazy lor. Sure long wait for the bank value catchup to the current market price; not that I&#39;m investing but buying something less than the actual value seems &#39;not worth it&#39;?<br /><br />Saw article from bloomberg as well that next week Bank Negara is discussing about raising BLR.
