Allianz insurance Alterations clause?

Hi all, I'm looking to subscribe Allianz insurance coverage.

However, I found out that there is an alteration clause (see attachment) in the insurance contract that allows Allianz to change the contract terms anytime by giving a 3 months notice.

Any insurance agents can clarify this? Is this also applicable to other companies eg Great Eastern, Prudential, AIA..? Thanks.
