Need help for Unifi 2gbps

Hello,

I've changed my plan from 800mbps to 2gbps.
The so-called Unifi installer/contractor came down to my house for the so-called installation today, but he seems like doesn't have any clue on what he was doing.

My original plan was 800mbps download, and 200mbps upload, I went to TM Point last week and requested to change to 2gbps download and 1gbps upload. However the contractor doesn't know how to do the setup. Currently I'm still stuck at using 800mbps download, and 300+mpbs upload.

Running on Asus RT-AX88U.
