Are long trip buses punctual now?

Few years back when I still using the common long trip bus service to travel between Penang and KL, I been played around by their messy and unpredictable departure time.
For example, most of the time when I went to the bus terminal on time, the bus usually (90%) late, and even it arrived, they will wait for hours to "fill" the bus with more customers. So the "early birds" that book bus ticket days before still need hours of meaningless waiting before the bus departs. Don't mention sometimes the bus would stop half way in Ipoh to tumpang more customers
AND SOMETIMES, they were punctual, but I wasn't (seriously FML) as I assume they are always late, they left without me even I'm just 5 minutes late.

Because of this kind of reason I switched to Aeroxxxx coach for years now, I rather pay more for their punctuality and reliability, don't mention they have cleaner seats and superb services.

But next week I need to go back Penang without Aeroxxxx, so I want to book the bus trip from BusOnlineTicket, so my question is after all these years, will these long trip buses depart punctually as ticket stated? or still just pure luck depends on how full or empty the bus is?
I try to plan out the schedule before hand, if they delay the departure there will be a big problem for me

144hz monitor recommendation please :D

Im using gtx 760 and will upgrade to better card later,

I wanna find a 144 hz monitor for gaming use with budget around RM1200-1700.

there are so much choices outside but some they say its for AMD some are for Nvidia and TN IPS and stuff are confusing me

Im being lazy to do my own research so can anyone can give me some suggestions before i walk into Lowyat Plaza?

Processor: i5-4690
MoBo: Asus B85M-G
Graphic Card: Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX760
Power Supply: Aerocool Strike-X 500W
Ram: Kingston Hyper-X Fury 8gb
SSD: Samsung 840 Evo 120Gb
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1Tb + 2Tb

I'm thinking of changing my motherboard because i damaged its front panel USB 3.0 function when building it, and also its Realtek audio driver is abit of "cacat" [It dun have the function to separate speaker & headphone as two different output]
and I'm thinking of should I upgrade my processor as I always do some video editing job, maybe the processing speed will be faster if i change to an i7?

after GC price drop i may upgrade it to a 1050ti or 1060, so I need a new PSU as well?

budget around 1-2k like dat.

Another question, where can i sell my 2nd hand hardware? (｡･ω･｡)

Should i get VPN

I think many of us in Malaysia got this problem, Speedtest fast but actual internet speed is slow as snail.
I saw someone say use VPN can solve this, is it true? currently i'm using Unifi VIP 5. Sometimes even FB pictures fail to load.
and i need to use it to stream and upload videos to youtube.
currently my streams always lag while they say 5 mbps UL speed is actually enough. Is using VPN solve this problem? and if does, which VPN to recommend?
And if i use VPN, will it affect my housemate internet speed?
Please give me advice. TQ~

Question about upgrade Unifi

I'm considering to upgrade to faster unifi, aiming for VIP10, but if i upgrade, will the contract renew and become another 2 years contract?
I signed up 4 months ago. and because i'm only a student and may no need for the unifi after graduate. The original 2 years contract will expired just right after i graduate. so it will be a problem if i have a longer contract.

BTW are the 30 and 50 mbps unifi are only available for certain areas?
