Sunblock or sunscreen for men

Can anyone recommend a sunblock or sunscreen for men especially on face skin. I never used any one of those before. I do not wear any makeup on face and I usually work outdoor. Can you recommend any convenient and good for whitening purpose.

Is it better to use lotion or spray type?

I know it can be considered as antique already but can I try to add some RAM to avoid its consistent lag issue?

i've been working for more than 8 years since graduated with a Biz Admin degree.
1st yr: worked as marketing exec in a electrical chain store.
2rd-5th yr: worked in a listed MNC credit company as sales, service & marketing.
6th yr: changed industry & worked as sales consultant in an local IT company.
7th yr: started own online biz & was great for almost 2 years until recently biz not so good & due to lack of capital, have to start looking for job to cover commitments & lives.

all my working life i seem to not having/developing any particular expertise, and i was too dumb to just work work work blindly. now that i look my my working experience, when ppl ask me what's my strengths or expertise, i can hardly answer them or to myself. i didn't chose my degree in biz admin and had just followed what my friend pursued. kind of regret but i know my strength is in IT/online marketing and i have strong desire to heading towards this direction. is it too late?

umobile recycle number

my friend was umobile's prepaid customer but has recently terminate the previous number.

unfortunately she did not delete her whatsapp account for the previous number. now that umobile has given the number to another person, whenever my friend's friends whatsapp/call to her old number, the guy still replies. and he still uses my friend's picture as the whatsapp picture.

may i know what can we do about this? at least pls remove her whatsapp & wechat picture and account to avoid misuse of identity.

My laptop acer v3-471 is using too much RAM when I open browsers (be it Chrome or Mozilla), causing lag to my laptop. Anything I can do to fix this? Can I add extra RAM to my laptop? Or are there any other solutions for this issue?

I've been in current company and same position for 3.5 years, and thinking of changing job now. I'm a Marketing Exec in a credit company and wish to find a job in technology company. To be precise, some online/internet marketing, software/app programming industry.

Since I'm totally new to this industry, I'm willing to work as a Sales/Marketing for this kind of company first. Ultimately I wish to be working on the laptop doing SEO, SEM, internet marketing, apps programming, etc.
