Starting Day 1 of Cycle 2 of Candito 6 weeks strength programme today.

Current 1RM:

Squat 140kg
Bench 95kg
Deadlift 155kg

Squat is my favourite workout and also my strongest. My bench and deadlift is weak af.

Workout history: started with bro split and then moved on to SL 5x5 for 6 months and 5/3/1 for one year. And now trying out Candito's.

To reloan or not? Need advise

Hi all sifus, recently I just bought a used car for rm35k with cash. I withdrew my money from ASB (I am a bumi).

Now I have a question that I hope you guys can help me with.

Should I refinance the rm35k by applying loan? And put back the rm35k to ASB to get the dividend at the end of the year? circa 6.75%

Or I will be better off forcing myself to put in some money to my ASB money every month? (but this way I will only get the dividend for the money that I put in; not the whole rm35k of dividend.)

Which option will generate more money for me? Sorry for the noob question. Thanks all.

Overfilled car battery with battery water. How nw?

Urgently need your advice.

As stated, I have overfilled my car battery with battery water.

I am such a Noob I know.

I noticed the water/acid coming out from my car when I park the car.

So what can I do now? Should I try to suck some out? Or just let it be?

Good performance, smooth. Decent camera. Decent battery life. Hopefully can last long because I have been using my iphone 4 for more than 6 years now. I hope this new phone could provide the same life span lol.

Hi guys, I am wondering what is the best/easiest/cheapest way to get to Subang Jaya Medical Centre from KLIA2?

I was thinking to take KLIA express to KL sentral then take either LRT/KTM to Subang Jaya station? Also, is it better to take KTM or LRT? Sorry for noob question.
