Planning to buy power link but have some questions required to clarified. Allianz agent are welcome to answer my question and apologies if i asking a stupid questions

1. For hospital room & board and intensive care unit, did there has any maximum limit for NON disability?
2. What it means "reasonable & customary charges"?
3. For cancer treatment, did it include consultation fees charged by cancer specialist and radiotherapy, chemotherapy, medications, examinations or tests done by physician, take home drugs?
4. For out-patient kidney dialysis treatment, did it include consultation, examination testes or take home drugs?
5. For post hospitalization, did it include medical necessary follow up treatment by the same physician?
6. Did there has any daily cash allowance at government hospital? If yes, how much?
7. What is optional benefit? Did it include in the premium or require additional fee to subscribe it?
8. Eg, i have to do surgical. I visit DR A for consultation at first. Few days later i visit DR B for consultation. Did i able to claim consultation fee for both DR A and B?
9. For emergency accidental out patient treatment, it able claim up to RM1500. But what it means annual limit? Did it means life time just can claim up to RM1500?
10. Maximum coverage is until 81 age?
11. Did there has any day surgery and it day surgery follow up? if yes, how is the benefit and how many days for follow up.

Any recommendation Medical Card Plan

As i know medical card annual fee will increase when age is increased. Is there has any package or plan where it include life insurance, investment and medical card. The medical card fee in the package will not increase by annual. Please give me detail or internet link if there has such package.

Anyone having experience with ford fiesta after sale service? I saw from FB and look like a lot peoples complain about service center. How about the maintenance and spare part price? Appreciate ford fiesta car owner and anyone give some suggestion.
