HDD PROBLEM

I had this problem a few weeks ago, windows started to boot very slowly, about 15 minutes, games will randomly stuck and then back to normal, the worst is, music playback became choppy, randomly stuck

I started to know the problem last week, when the hdd led started to light up for about 5 seconds, and that time my computer stuck, and when it is off, my computer ran as normal

I went to Resource Monitor and I found the problem, High response time, sometime over 10000ms

- Reinstalling Windows
- S.M.A.R.T. test
- Memory check (i forgot the name)

My specs :

Acer Aspire 4755G
- i5 2430M 2.4Ghz
- Nvidia Geforce GT540M 2GB

- 750GB (Toshiba)
- Windows 7 64-bit

So what do you think I should do? Do you think replacing my HDD will fix the problem? tq

Hello,
I have made myself a diy thermal paste
I will show you how make it

Items :

Toothpaste ( Darlie All Shiny White Enamel Care )
Face cleaner ( The one without those manik )
Syringe(Optional)

Here's how,
Get a bowl or plate
Put some toothpaste
Then, add the face cleanser( 1/3 of the toothpaste )
Kacau2 or mix it evenly
Get a syringe
Suck it
