However, he was asking for one month commission plus tenant will also pay him one month as per property rules practices as he claimed. My concerned was, since he is not my appointed agent, shall I borne to this one month commission base on rental fees. What is teh actual practice for agent commission? Contract for 1 year and contract for 2 years what will be the charges? what is the pros and cons between offering 1 year and 2 years contract (fixed term)? Thanks!
