2 scenarios

1.) .Net/ERP -> FoxPro(Dos & 9.0)
Background
- .Net & ERP, in the frontline of latest technology.

Case
- During interview was told will be in the .net team, incharge of .net projects and required to implement Online Inventory for 200+ stores. Will be incharge of all new projects in the company.
- 2nd day of start work, was put into FoxPro team, and ONLY maintaining legacy system. Without any FoxPro experience, but was given Assistant MIS Manager.

2.) Auditor - >Supply Chain
Background
- Accounting, working in internal Auditing Department for years.

Case
- Was a Senior Audit Executive.
- Now has been assigned to work in Supply Chain department, and doing clerk's job, but holding Assistant Supply Chain Manager.

What is your view on this, and what will you do if this happen to you?

What your friends used to CHEAT in their resume?

Ok, we are not talking about our own... ( in case our future boss is reading this)

1.) My friends used to change the employment history, took out those less than 3 months employment. To prevent called as job hopper.

2.) During recession, my friends mark down their previous pay, in order to find a job. When going for interview, he forgot, brought the "real" salary history. Interviewer found out...
