Anyone using Dr Brown's Milk Bottle?

I am facing leaking issues with Dr Brown's milk bottle.
If I carry it in the bag and happen to lay it down , it will spill all over.
Anyone facing the same problem? Or its normal to spill like that??
Tried Tommy Tippee once but it seems like my baby is not used to the teat as its too soft.

CIM - Only 2 centres? Where to take?

Hi all. I am facing dilemma as to which centre to study CIM. It seems like CIM itself is not doing a good job in ensuring that the CIM centres are up to standard.

Anyone has experience with these centres?

Hie all. I am wondering if there is anyone here who is willing to help me out for a couple of hours to train me at True Fitness, Taipan.
My aim is to tone up my lower body part and build some muscles on my arms.

PT sessions at TF is way to expensive for me and there is not few sessions offered. One need to sign for at least 12 times PT which cost arnd RM1.3K! Paying for the monthly fee alone is more than enuf, cant afford PT anymore!

Anyone willing to help me out? Buy u lunch/dinner or a fee but not RM 130 k!

Hi gals, I recently saw a youtuber's videos regarding natural makeups which are chemical free and how important it is to take precautions when buying products as alot cases happened where skin cancer/breast cancer/ etc are caused by chemicals in the products.

It made me think if we should reconsider switching to more natural makeups? Those makeups we are using are loaded with chemicals which will worsen our skin, in return gotta buy more skincare to remedy our skin.

What do you gals think?

P/S: Anyone knows where to get aromatherapy oil which can be applied to skin directly? Wanna soak my towels in the water with aromatherapy oil before I scrub or mask my face! Its really relaxing! But cant find any store selling natural aromatherapy oil in One Utama. Thanks!
