Hi I want to build my own PC with all parts bought online, preferably shopee. These are the specs I shortlisted and checked with PC Partpicker as well for compatibility issues, so far no issues. I am still confused between some Motherboard choices in the B450m and B450 models and also not sure what good budget-friendly cases are available between mATX and ATX models. Any suggestions and advise help me a lot. My budget is 3.6k.

2nd Generation Lexus IS 250 or 6th Generation Golf

I currently drive a Mazda 3 2017 here in Malaysia as a daily and looking for a second used car to have a bit of fun on weekends and also at times for my wife to drive to work. I was looking between Lexus IS250 2nd Gen or Golf GTi MK6. They are priced almost similar but both comes with its own pros and cons like for instance the Golf GTI having a common DSG issue. Looking for some recommendations on which one would be more fun and worth it car to get?

FYI I have never owned or driven a Lexus or Golf GTI but when I was in Europe I have driven a Skoda Octavia VRS which has the same engine as a Golf GTI MK6.

I have finally booked my Mazda 3 HS from Prima Merdu, Puchong (LDP Highway). I just want to know if they are a reliable dealer and if anyone has faced any issues with them. I initially booked with Bermaz, Glenmarie but then later canceled because Prima Merdu gave me some additional items and the agent is familiar to a colleague of mine.

Since this is my first time buying a new car I just want to know what are the things I should check before taking delivery and also please do let me know if they are trustworthy over Bermaz.

I have looked into many options such as Axia, MyVi, Swift but among all this somehow Honda Jazz seemed worth it to me. Can someone tell how is the experience with Jazz interms of slight modifications, handling, etc.

[WTA] Persona IAFM Engine Vibration at 6K-7K RPM

Yesterday I was rushing to Putrajaya for an emergency. While driving 140 km/h @ 4K rpm, i pushed the pedal a bit more and suddenly my rpm went to 6.5K (not redline) causing some vibration/grinding from the engine. So now im not sure if it is the rev limiter or piston or gearbox or something else. Is it normal? I am kind of worried and I was not expecting that to happpen since I have never pushed the pedal that hard. 5K rpm was the max I ever reached. The car is running normal but just want to know if I should get anything checked?

Hi Guys,

I drive a Persona SE '09 and I am currently facing this issue with my car. Recently I noticed my car leaks water from possibly what is believe is an air conditioner hose (Highlighted Red in Image). When the air conditioner and radiator fan kicks in, I hear like a loud knocking sound "THUDD". |

I also noticed that my engine has become comparatively louder even though I change my engine oil on time and recently changed my Timing and FEAD belts.

I have always used Liqui Moly 10w 40 engine oil on my Persona IAFM. Recently I was recommended to use Millers 10w 40. After using it for a few weeks I realized the engine is noisier than before. Anyone else experience the same thing?

(WTA) Persona Exhaust Modification

Hi all,

I want to change the Exhaust Setup on my Persona SE '09. I am thinking of installing a Powerzone 4-2-1 Extractor and Center Bullet, and Pro1 Racing S-Flow PlugnPlay Muffler from Yew Exhaust. Do you think this is the best Exhaust setup for Campro IAFM engines? I noticed that my friends car has this 'ZHING' sound during gear shift since he has the exact same setup on his Persona, just curious if its normal?

(WTA) Cleaning Persona Engine Bay Problems

Hey all, Im driving a 09 Persona SE model. So today after 1.5 years of owning this car I though of giving the Engine Bay a wash since it started becoming extremely dirty and spider webs inside. So I watched plenty of YouTube videos to actually know the precautions beforehand and how to clean it.

Since I live in a condo I drove it down from the parking in an open area and popped up the hood. Covered the Battery Terminals and the Air Intake pipe. Didnt bother covering the alternator as most of the videos nowadays say its unnecessary. So the engine was a bit warm but obviously there was no other way to do it, I had to drive it down a bit which increased the temp a bit. So I took the pipe and washed the engine bay first, I noticed some smoke coming and got a bit scared, but then it was too late so I took dishwashing liquid soap and scrubbed the engine bay areas over the cover and all. Then I took the pipe again and washed it again, this time the alarm sensor started making a buzzing noise like "TEEEEEEEEEE" and it wont turn off. I Panicked and quickly started mopping the water clean with dry cloth. I dried off all the reacheable parts but the sound still wont go off. I quickly turned on the engine and let it dry with the engine heat. After driving for a while the sound went away.

Now my question is
1. Did the smoke coming out is harmful for the engine or is it normal for some steam to come out from a warm engine?
2. Is my alarm sensor eventually going to die cuz of water? Its dry now and no constant buzzing sound, but Im just worried/
3. Is there anything I need to be worried about the engine because I couldnt dry up a lot of parts inside?
4. Will my engine rust or corrode?

(WTA) Proton White Oil Filter Fake?

Today I serviced my '09 Proton Persona and the mechanic gave me a white oil filter. But the old one he took out was blue. The white one seemed a bit slimmer than the blue one. Can anyone tell me whether the white one is fake or not? Because i could only read Replacement Part mentioned on it, but it was fixed before i could investigate it. Should I be worried or is it normal to have white oil filters?
