Is there any suggestion that i can extract/recovery the smartphone data to my laptop?

I'm have something very urgent and important photo and document inside my phone.

Nvidia GTX 850M 4GB DDR3

I purchase a dell laptop model : 7447

after i update all the driver, i test the Nvidia GTX 850M graphic card with certain game, it include Dota 2, payday, and Ragnarok 2. But all the games when i open is very laggy and low fps. May i know what happen is this ?? and how to solve the problem??
