DI624+A with Fixed IP broadband

Broadband provider
ISP/package: Fixed IP with 1.0mbps upload / download
Location: Beijing
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: yes and the technician also came into office too

Personal equipment
Modem: standard ADSL modem
Router: Dlink DI-624+A (just bought yesterday and previously using DI624+ for 2 years and no problem till July)
Firewall used: no

Problem details
First occurence of problem: July 2007
Problem frequency: till now
Problem description: Since July my office admin failed to connect to the internet via HUB > Router > modem.
so she unplug the cable to connect from HUB > modem directly, able to go online BUT only limited to her PC.

1. modem and cable from router no problem as she can connect directly using that cable to the internet.
2. we can log into the router via cable / wireless to configure, all the IPs set accordingly

3. we can ping our own IP but not the ISP IP and the DNS.

we thought that is the problem between the router / modem. but we stil see packets in / out from the WAN port that mean is connected?

please help, i am leaving Beijing tomorrow so my Admin will not able to do anything after that.
