PqRP on partition magic 7

I have 3 partitions in my winxp pc. the d: and e: was crash after the electrical supply down. when i rebooted, and what it shows on the partition magic 7.0 was the DISK 1 = 57239mb (i think this message is bout how many space i have in my harddisk), then the c: shows normally. and the corrupted d: and e: was missing, and what i have seen is a Green color border unnamed drive called "PqRP" which is the size of 41849mb.

below is the actions i took before it crashed
------------------------------------------------
1: i move the d: to the bottom
2: trying to merge the c: and the e: to 1 partition
3: then i apply and it restarted
4: then the restructuring in progress.......

5. i didnt realized my notebook adapter was kick out, so it end up with the hibernation,
6. but when i rebooted it, the D: and E: missing. but the c: can run. if i am not mistaken, the progress is just able to run till 10%

Then i go googleing and i found some info bout this problem, but it was just a little bit advance for me.

1. it said can be fixed with the partition magic rescue disk. but since i use the notebook and i dun make any rescue disk, cuz no floppy drive ma.
2. and i tried to find the cd booting 1, but failed to make it, can any1 teach me in a noobie way please.....please
3. and i have download and use the pcinspectorfile recovery (freeware) to try, and cant be fixed also.

I have very urgent file inside the drive and i hope anyone can help me.....
hehe, no money to sending the pc for harddrive recovery, cant afford
and i have browse throught the lowyat and i've found some related to version8. but i think the content also not really related. and when i search for PqRP also it showed no result.
