Bluguard v16 configuration

Dear all, i just install the bluguard v16 for my house.

My installer told me that the system only configure call to local phone(malaysia) can't call to singapore. Is it truth?

I try to configure myself but seem like no working. Anyone can help?

Living Hall Wiring Enquiry

Dear all sifu, would like to check with your about the living hall switch position.

I going to do the wiring soon but i still haven't decide which TV console i want or might custom made it.

So I want to do the wiring first.

Any idea what is the height for the switch position (4 x 13A Plug) ? I hear people say about 14 inch. Is it truth?
