BARF Diet

Hi all,

Just to share my experience with BARF (Biologically Appropriate Raw Food or Bones And Raw Food) diet for my English Bulldog.

I was so fortunate to have recently been entrusted to adopt a 3 years pure breed English Bulldog by a nice family. I was so excited when this guys whatsapp me that he was recommended by Mr. Wang from Brittman Bulldog to let me adopt his bulldog. Wow what a joy I had and was so excited. Ironically the day before I was going all over and calling different pet breeders looking for a nice female bulldogs and with god's blessing this whatsapp came.

Ok fast forward I made appointment to have a look at his bulldog and upon reaching his huge home, there it was, the most beautiful dog ever which looks 100 times better than the picture he sent. I was in love. My daughters was so happy. Wife was not so obviously as its more commitment for her lol

The owner was happy with us and finally gave us the dog and shockingly another dog (pure shiz zu) Anyway I thought the dog may need a friend so I adopted both. They were both so loving and friendly. So I quickly cleared my MPV and laid cloth all over. Carried the both cuties into my car. Then the nightmare started. A journey home that waze estimate 56 minutes drived ended up 2 hours coz the bulldog cant control his bowel. He was pooping non stop and we had to stop several times to clean the mess up and continue driving.

After thorough research on the net I stumbled on youtube about BARF diet. Its basically feeding your pets with raw food as what they would be eating in natural habitat. I thought it made sense. According to the owner the dogs bowel is unstable all this while and sensitive to certain brands of kibbles (he has been eating kibbles since a puppy), and also prone to skin problems where he eats antibiotic frequently for his skin problem. As many won't realize and easy to fall for the gimmick advert by dog food companies, some even declare real meat etc... Well those kibbles are basically filled with rubbish like flavoring, preservatives and all harmful chemicals u name it. Its like us humans eating McDonald or Maggi Mee everyday. Imagine. No wonder why so many dogs die so fast of illness like cancers

So I decided to put the fatty on BARF diet and see since many claims that their dog have become free of all skin diseases and have nice smelling rock solid stools after starting on BARF.

I quickly bought myself a Meat grinder aka meat mincer ( but I suggest u buy those heavy duty one like those commercial taiwan made ones RM750-800) I put in long beans, carrots, chicken feet, breast meat into grinder. Then mix with little honey and gave the fatty. He loves it...I gave him a serving of yogurt to replenish his good bacteria in his bowel as most likely most are killed by the numerous antibiotics taken.
Next few days hair shedding is reduced, his stool is also nice and solid..No more diarrhoea. What an amazing progress.

Hope the good effect will continue. Will keep you guys updated.

SAZEAN DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD

Hi all, just to share this dirty and useless company with everyone so that you all wont fall trap like hundreds/thousands of house and commercial purchasers who bought their projects.

I am one of them. So far I considered all their project near "abandon" for example my house is delayed for more than 2 years and I would say its not even 70% completed. Replies from their staff and their "multiple" GMs are very unprofessional with full of excuses.

They are similar to TALAM if you remember but not as bad. Heard they are in financial constraint.

Hope I can save some unknowing purchaser from falling into this huge headache for any of their future projects. Go to all their project sites and find out when they started and you will believe me. Sazean is extremely incapable of handling big projects and not trust worthy. Go look up who owns them and avoid anything they sell in future (as they may open many new companies etc)...Really sad and frustrated now.

hi,

I had been looking at Leisure Commerce Square in sunway mentari lately and thinking of getting small office there for investment. I feel the place is currently really undervalued around rm290-300 psft. Notice also some major highend project going on just opposite it. Location wise is really strategic as got many public transport hence convenient for your staff.

What u guys think? worth to grab? Went office time notice the place quite crowded with people working there and looks happening.

Kepayang Phase G 2 & 2 1/2 Storey Seremban 2

Just received sms from GUH properties that they are launching kepayang phase G next month. Can book now for pre-launch goodies.

2 storey terrace 20 X 70 RM 484,333.00

2.5 Storey 22 X75 RM 651,888.00

Location:

Taman bukit kepayang
very strategic as located 1 min away from toll, TESCO and JUSCO. Very good accessability to everywhere. It sits right at the border between the seremban and seremban 2

Pros:

1. Very good location. The best in seremban actually. If you stay in seremban 2 then you will understand.
2. Gated and Guarded.
3. Good ammenities coming up. Toyota and VW have already moved into Taman Bukit Kepayang.
4. Modern design
5. Cheapest price when compared with other new project eg sime darby 2 storey terrace (chemara hills) is >RM700k, summer s2 heights >500K etc. Kepayang is so much better located.

Cons:

1. Workmanship may not be on par with IJM
2. Developer don't beautify the whole township like IJM eg cleanliness, nice trees etc

Can contact GUH directly quickly if interested before launching. Heard the limited corner units have lots of buyer and will have balloting during launch.

GUH 06-6333328.

Whats Your Ideal Take Home Salary?

Dear all,

Like everyone else I always feel my salary is never enough. I have achieve the salary that I wanted 2 years ago (more than what I wanted actually) and I have got it and I'm still wanting more.
My excuse is because of the rising cost in everything particularly property prices. So now I ask myself, whats the minimum take home salary that can please me for life or at least 15-20years down the road?

I feel that if I can have a take home salary of at least RM40k/month from now I will be satisfied. Why RM40k? RM20k for my properties, RM10k for savings and RM10k for usual commitments eg makan, phone bills etc. So even with RM40k, I don't think I will have a luxurious life but should be sufficient.

Since we are all dreamers, how about you? Be truthful and realistic ok..Who wont want billions but thats not a very practical discussion/suggestion.

Just found out they building BRT station in sunway mentari connecting all hot spots in subang and sunway. Main station will be just next to mentari court appartment. Heard completing in 2015. Will this boost property value in sunway mentari? Interested to vest in sunway mentari apt/condo. Price seems reasonable now and ROI seems quited good. Rental demand also very very high from my brief survey. Anyone can share thoughts?

Thanks

Malaysia Hospitals Good & Bad

Hi all im chin a newbie here. Actually was hoping to start a useful thread that may come in handy. Hope some can share experience so i could make a summary of the best rated hospitals based on speciality.

Since im from seremban i can share some experience and recommendation.

1. Chinese Maternity Hospital Seremban NSCMH

This is the 1st private hospital in seremban ( semi charity ) This hospital is so memorable to me with so much wonderful history. Sadly recently i have gone there to look for one of my doctor but found out from people that all doctors have resign and boikot the hospital due to poor payment and some mismanagement of the hospital funds by some chrony and her families. Based on internal rumours alot of money donated by public is misused. So sad hope its not true la. But when i went there i noticed all senior drs have left and the place seem to have lost its former glory and looks dead. No patients to be seen. Hope they can appoint someone new to help restore this hospital. Very sad

2. Columbia Asia

This is a very established hospital in seremban. Alot of patients hence usually must wait very long before can see the dr. My wife delivered here recently. The gynaecologis was nice but the ward is terrible. Looks run down. Got pot holes in the floor. When the stupid nurse push my baby in the cot, she just push thru d pot hole causing my newborn child had a fright.

3. KPJ

Another famous hospital mainly caters to their extensive panels. Malays usually like this hospital i noticed. Think they got famous malay doctors there.

4. Mawar Renal Medical Centre.

I didnt know this is normal hospital also besides providing kisney dialysis because of the name. Recently i visited my fren who was admitted there. I was surprise they got almost all types of drs there. The nurse was soooo much better than the ones i experience in columbia. The place also really comfortable. Got nice indoor fish ponds (everyone can feed the fish there as they sell fish food also.. Wow) , canteen, cafe lounge, 2 mini marts and got hotel some more. Very nice for me. But parking susah a bit as got so many cars but little parking in the hospital. Overall i am impressed.

4. Senawang specialist centre

No idea. From outside looks like a row of shop lot
