DVD Burning Problem

I always got burning problem espically for data dvd....The error is :"NO SEEK COMPLETE(030200)", anyone have idea what is this problem, what causes it and to overcome it....I wasted a 3 DVD in a row and 30+ DVD already due to this problem.

My Computer specification:
Dell Dimension 4300
Intel Pentium 4 CPU 1.60GHZ
1.59 GHz, 256 MB RAM

Burner:
TDK DVDRW1616N

Anyone can tell me the factor affecting the sucess rate for burning.

And why am I always having DVD burning failure.
