[WTA] Dell D620 repair

I got a Dell Latitude D620 and now I cannot see anything on the LCD. The Dell start-up logo disappear (total darkness) and when I wait longer, the screen is full with horizontal lines.

May I know where to repair it? I think maybe the board or LCD wire got problem.

I used to know a repair-only shop in Lowyat with a yellow signboard but that was ages ago. Anyone here knows where the shop is or whether it is still around?
