Toilet Flush Hose/Pipe

Hi. My toilet flush tank hose (tank hose connecting to wall) is clogged. I dismantled the hose and only a few drops of rusty water come out from the pipe in wall. What can I do before I call a plumber? If ask plumber, how much is the cost normally? I stay in a rented room and I think my house owner won't pay for it.

Lenovo Keyboard problem :(

Hi

my lenovo laptop which is about 13 months old got problem with keyboard. the caps lock & shift key mess up:

-press caps lock but typing come out small letter and vice versa
-sometimes when typing it auto on or off caps lock (so frustrated!)
-cant type out numbers. i have to use on screen keyboaRd but sometimes it is not working also.need to close it and open again then can use again
-sometimes when i click 5th document, all the four documents above also highlighted as if i pressed ctrl button.
-sometimes shift key not working
-sometimes pop out msg asking whether want to turn on sticky keys or not...
-same problem using mouse.

I have seNT to foRmat but no use. later they said it"s hardware pROblem and need to change new keyboard. i refuseD and just pay for the format charges. the day i sent to them, they did test with usb keyboard and it's the same problem. oh ya...i used a sheet of rubber prOTECTOr on my keyboard so it"s clean and like new

what is the problem? how to fix it?
