Looking for UI/UX designer

I'm a programmer (mostly on android mobile at the moment, but could also work on minor web/backend), looking for an UI/UX designer (bonus if you have entrepreneurship skills as well, but not mandatory) who would like to team up to start working on small side projects initially for portfolios and slowly moving on to something more serious such as, freelance, business etc in future. This is not a job offer nor am I looking for a company for partnership, as this is more of a collaboration request with an individual with skills I don't have. Thanks.

Who are mostly staying there (foreigners, locals)? security level and public transport etc.

Is vista alam (http://vistaalam.com.my/) located in shah alam worth investing? Location seems quite strategic but not sure how close it is to KTM. Would there be any MRT there in future? Please advise. Thank you.
