Hi all sifu,

I have a question here. Today when I submit my page to my lecturer, he said my page " Meta-tags not working very well. Not enabling top level listing." . When I try to type the title of my page in google, it returned my page as no.3 in the search list. Only when I type the full address will get my page in top list. How to get my page on the top list of the list?

Perform a count on daily visit to my web page

Hi all sifu,

I would like to perform a count on how many ppl visited my web page on daily basis, such as "you are no. 10 visitor today" or "you are visitor 1001 of 1000001 visitor". I do not have any idea on this. I tried to search around google using this keyword "web page visit count" but didn't return any useful result. Will any sifu out there kind enough to give me the sample or useful link for my reference? I prefer html code or any embeded java/vbscript. Thx in advance.

Re-allocate harddisk space

Hi

all sifu out there...I want to re-allocate my harddisk space coz one of my partition is nearly full. I want to re-allocate/transfer from another partition within same harddisk. For example, for D:\ to C:\. I had been using Acronis Disk Director but failed. The error msg is (Could not detect any hard dive). Maybe is it because my harddisk is SATA II type? Can anyone give me some advice?

I am doing a mortgage/load calculator for my assignment using HTML but no idea at all. Can any sifu in LYN suggest some link for sample?

Basically what I need to do is
1) Select prodcut from drop down list
2) Key in amount wanna loan
3) Key in % interest
4) Display (in grid) 1 - 7 years monthly installment.

Drop Down Menu for HTML

Hi, I'm just start to learn HTML. My boss assigned me to do a drop down menu for company web page. What I want to do is when my mouse is over a picture/object, a drop down menu will appear and let us to click on the drop down menu. I attached a sample which refered to nissan.com.my.

FTP Program

Hi, all sifu out there, I have a problem with FTP program. I wish to upload pictures (which is a lot of them) to a ftp site and I'm using SmartFTP rite now. The problem is the FTP program keep give me error stated that "Transfer Failed" if I upload a lot of folder at one time and it just never re-try. So now I have to manually upload folder by folder which making me crazy. Can sifus recommend other good FTP program? Preferbly freeware lar.......Thx in advance.

Hi all sifu out there, my company recently installed this messenger like software called GAIM. It said to be compatible with MSN Messenger & Yahoo Messenger. Any one of u used it before? I just subscribe to Maxis 3G but found out that it cannot work with my Aztech Wireless Router. I use a cross cable to connect my modem to my router and from my router I used Lan cable to connect to my PC. No connection detected after this.
I called the technician and he said the modem cannot with with router. Now I have to plug my cable to modem to use Maxis 3G as well as my notebook. Not convience at all.

Issit true or any special setting? Thx

An Indian man died and went to heaven. When he arrived at the heaven
Gate Siva the God said, "Come on in. I'll show you around. You'll

Walking through the gates, the man noticed clocks everywhere.

There were grandfather clocks, wall clocks, watches, and clocks in
every corner. It appeared that heaven was nothing more than a giant
clock warehouse.

Surprised at how heaven looked, the man asked, "God Siva, what's the
deal?
Why are all these clocks here in heaven?"

God Siva replied, "The clocks keep track of things on earth.

There is one clock for each person. Every time the person on earth
tells a lie, his clock moves one minute."

"For instance, this clock is for Aru, the used car salesman.

If you watch it closely, it will move." "Click." The minute hand on
Aru's clock moved one minute. "Click." It moved another minute.

"Aru must be into closing a customer right now," said God Siva.

"Th e Minute hand on his clock moves all day."

The man and God Siva continued walking. Soon, they came to a clock
with cobwebs on the minute hand. "Whose clock is this?"asked the man.

"That clock belongs to the Widow Achi. She is one of the finest,
God-fearing, people on earth. I bet her clock hasn't

moved in a year or two."

They continued walking and touring heaven. The man enjoyed watching
the clocks of all his friends.
When the tour was finished, the man said, "I've seen everyone's clock
but Mr.Samy Vellu's. Where is his clock?

God Siva smiled, "Just look up. We use his clock for a ceiling fan."

How to boost wireless router signal

Hi all sifu out there,
I have a Aztech wireless router (model: Aztech 8300) at my house living room. I also have Aztech USB wireless access point as well for my labtop in my room.

The problem is I always get the signal strength low and sometime can't get any signal at all.

Do u guy has any idea on how to boost the wifi signal???
