Big 4 Fresh Grad Remuneration Package

When applying for fresh grad Big 4 jobs, I was told by all of them that the packages are the same. But having worked for 2+ years already (now Audit Senior), I am sure this is untrue. To make things easy for everyone, do you mind sharing details below (based on actual facts)? Please be as accurate and specific as possible based on own experience and not hearsay. The format is:

1. Salary: Degree Only / Professional / Masters (where applicable)
2. Annual Leave and Extra Replacement Days Policy:
3. Sick Leave and Medical Insurance:
4. Expense Claims Policy (e.g. meals, overtime, travel and mileage rate):
5. Optical and Dental Allowance:
6. Telephone Allowance:
7. Travelling Allowance:
8. Other Allowances (please specify):
9. Gym Membership:
10. Professional Subscription Reimbursement:
11. Professional Training Contract (e.g. ACCA / CPA / MICPA / ICAEW) policy:

Note: These facts are for Fresh Grads, but feel free to add more details that you are aware of. Thank you.

KPMG Audit

1. Salary: RM2,750 (degree only), RM2,850 (professional qual / masters)

2. Annual Leave and Extra Replacement Days Policy: 14 days AL (no replacement for public holidays on Saturday, replacement for overtime depends on HOD... in practice, we hardly claim extra replacement days for OT)

3. Sick Leave and Medical Insurance: 16 days MC (i think... increase over time), medical card but limit to RM1,500 per year (all gone if one specialist visit)

4. Expense Claims Policy (e.g. meals, overtime, travel and mileage rate): Meals (RM12 after 8pm), Travel (RM15 max after 8pm), Mileage (80 cents). But claiming can be hard if HOD is nasty. Some of us don't bother to claim. OT is good, but again depends on job and manager.

5. Optical and Dental Allowance: NONE

6. Telephone Allowance: NONE (only managers)

7. Travelling Allowance: NONE (only directors)

8. Other Allowances (please specify): NONE

9. Gym Membership: NONE (only Seniors)

10. Professional Subscription Reimbursement: RM500 max (the rest of the cost we bear ourselves... better to not be qualified!)

11. Professional Training Contract (e.g. ACCA / CPA / MICPA / ICAEW) policy: Bond for 4 years, 5 days study leave + 1 day exam leave per subject. If you fail papers, got to take unpaid and your managers will ask a lot of questions and blame you for failing.
