confused about govt hospitals

i'm confused, arent govmnt hoptls shud be free, except for some small payments ranging from rm 1 to hundred plus2?? but some cases happening around me are confusing.. 1) my late father in law was in need of surgery at a govmnt hospt, however they said it wud cost rm 10 k... 2) sumone from my department needed liver surgery at a govmnt hospt and there was a fund raising box going around to help raise funds for the surgery.... I thought operation costs shud be free, or at least cheap in govmnt hospitals??? shudnt be more than a couple of thousands even if u have to pay???

question about PRUBSN details

hello all.. here's the thing. I bought my wife medical insurance. I have to make sure I know everything and every detail so that there would be no problem in regards to my wife health insurance coverage in the future;

I took PRUBSN enrich premier for my wife and i read through the policy book and it's standard and i understood everything.

however, there is a part that says dedicated daily medical attendant. the description in the book basically says if my wife is hospitalized i can employ a dedicated nurse (RM200) daily to focus on my wife only. but i browsed through the internet, talked to my agent, called the PRUBSN hotline (they said they gonna call me back, but they didnt), emailed them and so forth but still no feed back. What I found is no one has a clue on this benefit. They even contradicts each other, agent says nurse from hospital, while the hotline when I initially asked didnt even know the term and kept confusing with home nursing care.

If you can help me, please explain this:

1)is it pay n claim or will be payed through my wife's medical card
2) who will provide d nurse? the hospital or I need to outsource it to an external private nurse?
3) If I outsource it, do they accept any private nurses or do i need to get a company approved by the insurance company?

hi every1. i dont know where to ask so here's me testing my luck.. next year me and wifu plans to have a baby.. so.. i also need to prepare for the child's future.. out there there's an insurance called prumy child.. it covers congenital disease too.. the plan can be taken by 18 weeks of pregnancy.. but once i read on a forium that says, all the covered congenital disease can actually be identified through ultrasound.. so if i found out no such conginetal disease, the insurance company wont insure the child anyway..

the question is.. is it true that ultrasound can detect these congenital diseases? meaning it is a waste of money to take prumy child?

Hi, im just a recent Low Yat-er.. I have made some transactions with a few sellers here, ranging from hardware to softwares.. and all i can say is that the transactions were easy and successful.Now, I am a newb so bear with me. I am putting up this post in regards to a recent fiasco i've had with a seller within this segment. I feel very disappointed because of the broken trust i had with the seller. To clarify:

1. I bought a game from the seller (bf4) as it was a good price at that time. However he said his supplier made a mistake and can only sell me account to the game and not game code (yes, i am a newb, i shudnt have believed him)... so i believed him and bought the game anyway.. so the game was running fine for a few months and i even preordered titanfall from him...
2. Last week 9/3/2014, something weird happen, my titanfall was canceled by his supplier, after many sms and mails, he finally gave me a refund to my titanfall.. at this time around however, i havent played BF4 in a month...
3. Last night my origin account that i bought from him was banned. I cant play Bf4, simcity and a newly bought titanfall from another seller. So far, Ea hasnt replied my emails, but so far they told me is that the seller's payment was in direct violation of T and C... Not confirmed yet..

I wish to link to his post, but i will not do it yet... I will wait for the reply from EA, and from the seller.. I just want to share my grievances and for those who got a similar story with mine, maybe you can share it with me in this post

Edit: I just want to make it clear, the seller is a very nice person from day one, i firmly believe it is his supplier that's screwing him over.

hi, i apologize if i put tthis in the wrong section, but i dun know where to ask this question. im about to upgrade my GC from radeon HD 5770 to sumthing more powerful. the question is, there are some people offering their 2nd hand gtx 680 for 1300++, i know it is a good price. But, should i wait for gtx 770? i heard the price of gtx 770 is only a couple hundreds difference in price but better performance? which should i go for?
