Planning to get a used SUV with the budget of RM60k - RM75k. Right now in use market there are many choices, so need some suggestions from you all.

Agent give the wrong unit

I just found out that the unit we bought is totally the wrong unit. When the time I signed all the legal, loan document in our our mind we are signing the correct unit. But when the time I collect my key and later found out that the unit we bought is totally opposite of what we have requested from the time we purchase it.

As a buyer, what can we do to protect ourself? Its too late to change unit d coz all the other unit we like are already fully booked. Felt like being cheated by the sales person.

Hi All,

I am being offered an opportunity to work in Singapore. My concern is how much do I need to request if I were to take up that offer? Below is my criteria if I really decided to go there.

1. Prefer to rent a whole room with attach bathrooms/or a studio apartment
2. Planning to come back Malaysia once every months
3. Enough to cover my RM3500 house installment in Malaysia

Hi Sifu, need advise to a new computer purchase. Is it good to get a laptop or desktop to do Adobe CC and simple video editing. As for gaming wise, I usual used Xbox game pass and Steam. Below is my user preference

1. Need to have good color accuracy
2. Portability is not really a must
3. Budget around 3k to 4k (include monitor)
4. Able to run photoshop, illustator, inDesign, Adobe Premier, Lightroom and etc..
