Here's how it works :-

eg. RM 100,000 investment

stage 1 : After 18 months, you can choose to withdraw form your investment and receive a RM 18,000 extra; Total RM 118,000. But if you choose to keep going, you can for another 18 months.

Stage 2 : After 18 + 18 month, you can choose to withdraw form your investment and receive another RM 18,000 extra; Total RM 136,000. But if you choose to go for a final stage this is what you will have:

Final Stage : After 50 month (18 + 18 + 14), If you choose to withdraw; you'll received additional RM 15,000 with make up a total of 51% of your investment, 1% is free . BUT, if you STILL wanna continue with this investment, you will receive a total of RM 126,000 back from your investment (26%), and you get to keep the developer's land until future development; the developer HAVE TO buy the land from you in-order for them to develop
