Buying a condo before VP

kentigo — Mon, 08 Jul 2013 15:33:16 +0800

Hi guys, I need help urgently.

I am looking to buy a new subsale condo, which will is estimated VP to the owner on this month end.

According to the agent, I will need to pay 3% booking fees and sign the booking form now.

I would like to how it should be done ?

After sign the booking form, should I find a lawyer to prepare the SPA and sign it with the owner within 14-days ?
As the booking from stated something 14-days limit period or booking fees forfeited something like that.

Can the property be sold if the current owner still hasn't got the VP from the developer ?

Normally how is process for buying and selling property before VP / nearing VP ?

Thanks in advance
