Accident recorded on dashcam

Recorded accident just now when going out for lunch. Didnt manage to stop because need to fetch my friend. Do i need to make any report or any channel for me to submit the video? My colleague saw ambulance at the scene though.

Car fuel meter problem

Hi. Few days ago my myvi fuel meter went haywire.. sometimes show full bar with 45x km left.. sometimes 6bars with 9x km left.. initially I thought is battery prob.. I've changedbattery but the problem still persists.. I couldnt send the car to service center yet as I've no free time yet.. anyone encounter this before?

White spots on car

Dear sifuss,

Can anyone tell me what are these spots and how to get rid of it?

Previously i took my car for waxing service and the spots become dull for few weeks, then it reappears again. The carwash guy intro me to use lacquer and demo it at the right side of my car, and the results seems promising (area above right lamp).

So the price to do lacquer is rm4xx. Is this method really is the cure for the spots? Or will it be better for me to straight away send for new car spray (hood only)?

Parking ticket

Today i went to shopping mall and couldn't find any parking lot. So after turning around for almost 45 mins, i gave up and paid the ticket. Then on the way out, i found a parking space.

So what will happen to my paid parking ticket if i decided to park and go into the mall? Can pay again when i go out?

Do we need birth certificate upon registering new passport at Kelana Jaya Immigration Office? Heard some friend saying that this specific branch need us to present birth cert if not local selangor residents.
