I've created a web form with an input type=file. It works fine on my phone except for a Windows phone that is running Windows 8. I understand that this issue has been solved in Windows 8.1 however I was wondering if anyone has this issue and manage to find a solution?

I'm looking for someone who can help me improve my game. A little about me... I'm an average player that is lack of stamina. I've played badminton since high school however my skills are not good. I would like to have someone who can practice with me regularly and give me pointers here and there. It would be best if you are staying in Puchong as well.
