NEED HELP for Honda CRV 2013 4WD 2.4 vtec

Recently my car will shake when entering 3rd gear, and the rpm is below 2k. If rpm above 2k in 3rd gear, then no shaking at all. Try to pedal hard or in sport mode all good. Just normal 'D' then got issue.

The shaking is very obvious, on the front. Getting annoying now. Is it the engine/gearbox/drive shaft issue? Not yet bring to workshop yet coz no time.
