In Singapore, the preference shares of this company seems to be quite stable. Anyone have experience in this?

Need help with Analysis of OLAM Shares

Hi all,

I'm doing a paper on OLAM shares. The ratios which I have to analyse are the following:

-Debt/equity ratio
-Liquidity ratio
-Current ratio
-Debt servicing ratio (interest cover)
-EBIT to total funds ratio
-EBIT to long term funds ratio
-Return on equity
-Price to earnings ratio
-Price of share
-Value of right

So far, with the help of http://investing.businessweek.com/research...?ticker=OLAM:SP, I was able to find most of the ratios. However, I still need help with

-EBIT to total funds ratio
-EBIT to long term funds ratio
-Debt servicing ratio (interest cover)
-Liquidity Ratio

Also, I need help with identifying 2 different fixed-income securities (bonds) issued by the company.

Explain the key differences between the securities (e.g. coupon, maturity).

I appreciate any advice here! Thanks in advance!
Should I focus on YouTube or Blogger

Hey everyone, I just created my own YouTube page recently and have implemented Google Adsense to it. However, viewership and subscribers are low. Thus I created and blog a domain site with information regarding piano tips.

The problem is I realized that Google Adsense would not allow me to implement ads on this domain until I have a good amount of traffic. Thus, I'm quite confused as to whether I should focus more on making more YouTube videos or focus on writing posts on my site.

Please advice!
